Small shortage has been found on the rear USB port of the latest PS5. Little piece of blue plastic has been snapped, that caused future issue which made console faulty. PlayStation 5 didn’t wanted to turn on anymore. Capacitor on the logic board has burned. Luckily we been able to fix it, replacement of USB port and capacitor has done the job.
Console has been repaired and been returned back to the customer.
